Task Management

After years of experience handling tons of tasks, we have developed our own and effective task management system with the help of the above tools which we strongly expect you to adopt and use in your daily design life. As mentioned before, you will be using Asana as your primary task management software.

There are a couple of task tags we are using on Asana which helps us to identify and track the tasks which we want you to follow in your routine,

*Ready for Action The task with this tag is ready to start for you *In Progress Add this tag when you start working on this. *Ready for QA Requesting feedback from whom you received this task  

There are a couple of tags showing the priority of the task which you will notice along with the above tags as follows,

*Critical This must be a top priority task for you *High High priority task *Medium Medium priority task *Low Low priority task  

Including the above tags, here is the list of all tags we are using in our routine,

*New New Tasks *CR Client Requested Feature or Change Request Task *Improvement Task containing Improvement in an existing solution *Closed Closed task *Critical This must be a top priority task for you *High High priority task *Medium Medium priority task *Low Low priority task *Inprogress Add this tag when you start working on this. *Ready for Action The task with this tag is ready to start for you *Ready for QA Requesting feedback from the end client *Ready for Feedback Requesting feedback from whom you received this task
